The Spice Tailor launches new Pad Thai Noodle Kit
The Spice Tailor is continuing to expand its range with new flavours by introducing a Pad Thai Noodle kit. The launch will maintain momentum behind the brand, which has enjoyed 15.8% value growth[1] over the past year.
In a first for the brand, the kit will include noodles to accompany the sauce and spices, in the same easy-to-make format. Tapping into the popularity of Thai and East Asian cuisine, this kit helps meet the consumer demand for convenient meal solutions that enable time-poor home chefs and novice cooks alike to recreate restaurant quality dining experiences at home.
Packed with punchy flavours, The Spice Tailor Pad Thai Noodle kit includes a spice pouch with a whole red chilli and dried lime leaves to elevate the aromatic flavour of the dish, as well as a flavourful and fragrant sauce pouch that is fruity and sweet, with tangy tamarind. To complete the dish, the final pouch has flat, thin rice noodles that perfectly complement the sauce and spices. The kit’s well-rounded flavour makes it a perfect pairing to a range of proteins or vegetables, offering versatility to suit different preferences.
This kit will help retailers offer shoppers more quality and convenient choices in the Thai and Other Oriental sauces category, which has increased in sales value by 8.9% over the past year[2]. The Spice Tailor is well placed to boost sales as a well-known and trusted meal kit brand with a strong track record in the category, building on the popularity of its Thai Green Curry and Thai Red Curry kits.
This is the latest step in The Spice Tailor’s ongoing expansion into new cuisines and formats, following on from the launch of the brand’s Mexican-inspired meal kits in July. The brand has also introduced Japanese, Korean and Vietnamese meal kits in the past twelve months.
