Our Ambrosia ambient desserts are made in our Devon creamery using West Country milk and available to enjoy as custard and rice pudding, made using 100% natural flavours and free from preservatives and artificial colours. In 2021 we took Ambrosia into breakfast with a range of ready-to-eat porridge pots and launched Ambrosia ice cream.

Ambrosia Deluxe custard and rice pudding are our creamiest and most luxurious recipes. Deluxe is made at our Devon Creamery and blended with our finest ingredients such as fresh cream and Madagascan vanilla to create the perfect indulgent dessert. Deluxe Custard is available in original West Country Cream flavour, and individual pots in indulgent Madagascan Vanilla and Belgian Chocolate flavours. Deluxe Rice is available in in our original West Country Cream flavour, plus Madagascan Vanilla and Salted Caramel in delicious individual pots.

Ambrosia has been made in Devon for more than 100 years with our creamery in Lifton, Devon, founded in 1917. This is where all of our Ambrosia ambient products are made and where our desserts research & development team is based, developing new products and flavours.

SUSTAINABILITY
Fresh West Country milk
Ambrosia custard and rice pudding contains West Country milk. One of the Red Tractor assured farms we source from is run by the Blee family, covering 220 acres on Cornwall’s Lizard peninsula and their herd of Holstein-Fresians provide milk to clotted cream supplier Rodda’s. Here the cream is separated before the remaining skimmed milk is transferred to our creamery.
