Batchelors unveils microwaveable Pasta'n'Sauce range
Batchelors is unveiling its latest additions to its successful Pasta’n’Sauce range, meeting the demand for more convenient, simple and speedy meals that also taste delicious. The eight flavours are part of a new microwaveable range, which includes a selection of classic flavours and a new exciting ravioli offering.
With 2.3 billion total pasta dish occasions in the UK[1], there is a major opportunity for retailers to capitalise on this popularity. What’s more, shoppers are looking for quick and easy hot lunch solutions, with 65% continuing to have more hot lunches at home[2]. The new microwaveable format means retailers can bolster their current offering and appeal to even more consumers and occasions, with quick and convenient easy meals.
The new microwaveable Pasta’n’Sauce will be available in Tomato & Basil, Carbonara, Cheesy and Creamy Mushroom & Garlic flavours. This latest innovation in the Pasta’n’Sauce range uses fusilli pasta, carefully chosen to cling to the rich, flavour-packed sauces, making every bite irresistibly delicious. They are also ready to eat in just 90 seconds, making them a perfect option for consumers with busy lifestyles.
Batchelors Pasta’n’Sauce Ravioli will be available in Beef & Tomato, Salmon & Dill, Spinach & Ricotta and Ham & Parmesan, and is the first launch from Batchelors with a filled pasta.
Consumers can enjoy a variety of indulgent sauces paired with soft, flavourful filled ravioli — all ready in just three minutes.
