Statement regarding Ukraine

We are deeply shocked and saddened by what is happening in Ukraine. Our thoughts are with all those who are impacted by this ongoing conflict.

To support the escalating humanitarian crisis, we have donated £100,000 to the British Red Cross through the Disasters Emergency Committee Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal. When a major emergency occurs overseas, the Disasters Emergency Committee brings together 15 UK charities – including the British Red Cross – to raise funds for an effective, coordinated response.

The money will help provide clean water, emergency shelter, food, health assistance, sanitation and hygiene, protection and trauma counselling.  We are sharing this update in support of the humanitarian relief efforts to support people affected by the crisis in Ukraine, and in solidarity with our friends, colleagues and peers across the world, as we call for a peaceful resolution to the conflict.
