Bisto introduces new sausage gravy flavour
Bisto is launching Bisto For Sausages Gravy Granules, a long-awaited addition to help families create quick and convenient sausage-based mid-week meals. Stepping away from its traditional heartland of Sunday roast dinners, Bisto is looking to enhance its appeal and bring shoppers a convenient mid-week meal accompaniment with a permanent addition to the range.
Sausage-based meals are a popular choice for families and ‘are one of the top meals to have with gravy’; in 2023 there were 185m sausage and gravy occasions, growing +14% vs 2019[1]. With families looking for quick and convenient meals that require minimal preparation on a busy weeknight, Bisto has developed a richer, thicker gravy that has been specifically crafted to provide the perfect savoury, slightly sweet flavour profile to complement the meaty taste of sausages and enhance sausage-based dishes.
