Ensuring quality

We’re passionate about our food and committed to the highest of standards of quality and safety.

We have rigorous systems of supplier controls, traceability and testing to help make sure our raw materials, ingredients and production processes conform to our high specifications. And our dedicated technical teams regularly audit our own facilities and those of our suppliers to help keep us focused.

Should anyone experience any problems with our products, we have a dedicated consumer care centre run by an experienced and well-trained team that respond quickly to all inquiries, ensuring action plans are put in place to resolve any issues. And if a serious situation should arise, we have well-documented and rehearsed procedures to make sure we take the right steps rapidly in the interests of consumer safety.

We are privileged to own one of the country’s leading food testing centres, Premier Analytical Services (PAS), which means we can undergo tests quickly and efficiently, and take any appropriate action required. PAS not only provides essential services for us, but it is internationally respected for providing high quality analytical services to the food industry. See case study below.
