In 1874, Sarah Jane, wife of Oxford shopkeeper Frank Cooper, manufactured the very first batch of Frank Cooper's marmalade. And in 1903, to satisfy demand, an entire factory opened near the City's railway station.

The range now consists of 'Fine Cut', 'Coarse Cut' and 'Peel Free' marmalades and, since 2004, Strawberry, Raspberry, Blackcurrant and Apricot conserves. We also offer two Frank Cooper premium mincemeats: Cranberries, Port & Winter Spices and Matured Mincemeat Steeped in Cognac.
