Premier Foods celebrates charity partner's work with festive social media and in-store campaign

Premier Foods is launching a festive social media campaign to raise awareness and celebrate the work done by its corporate charity partner, Cancer Research UK (CRUK). #yourfamilymoments will celebrate the moments of family togetherness, many of which would have been made possible through the work that CRUK performs in the UK. 

“Over the last 40 years cancer survival rates have doubled in the UK and that is nothing short of incredible,” said Mark Ballman, Head of Customer Marketing at Premier Foods. “All of our colleagues chose to support Cancer Research UK in 2014 and since then we’ve raised more than £300,000 thanks to their dedication. This festive season Premier Foods will be donating an additional £50,000 to the charity and using #yourfamilymoments social media campaign to spread word about the charity while asking people to show their support by sharing their special family moments.” 

The campaign will run until Christmas and people are encouraged to share their favourite family moments from decorating the tree and sharing mince pies to putting stockings up, preparing Santa’s snack and opening presents with loved ones. 

The campaign is benefiting from additional in-store activation through special displays of Premier Foods’ most iconic brands that are synonymous with Christmas, including Ambrosia, Paxo, Bisto and Mr Kipling.
