A frightful selection of Cadbury and Mr Kipling cakes to put the ‘Treat’ into Trick or Treat this Halloween

​With shoppers on the lookout for new and unusual products to meet their trick or treat needs this Halloween, Premier Foods has launched a Halloween themed range to help drive purchase of ambient cake this October.

Now the third biggest retail event[1], Halloween has grown in popularity with many consumers making the most of the occasion by getting friends and families around for parties and are willing to pay more for brands they know and trust such as Mr Kipling and Cadbury Cakes.

Premier Foods continues to have the top five performing sku’s within the Halloween cake category with Mr. Kipling Fiendish Fancies, currently the number one performing cake at Halloween[2], saw sales reach £1m during Halloween 2015.

For Halloween 2016, Cadbury Cakes will be launching Cadbury Pumpkin Patch cakes. The fun sweet treat, ideal for Halloween parties and get togethers, contains orange cream and is decorated with a seasonal Halloween chocolate decoration. The cakes will capture the attention of shoppers at the point of purchase with eye-catching POS solutions. 

Pumpkin Patch Cakes join Mr Kipling Fiendish Fancies RRP £1.00,  Cadbury Mini Rolls Halloween 18  Pack – RRP £2.00, Mr Kipling Chocolate and Slime Slices – RRP £1.00 and  Mr Kipling Terror Toffee whirls – RRP £1.00 to complete the offering of ambient cake this Halloween.
