Santa’s little helpers

Discover how our colleagues have transformed into Premier Elves in the run up to Christmas to ensure no consumer misses out on their favourite Premier brands!

The lead up to Christmas is our busiest period at Premier, when we work around the clock to meet the increased consumer demand for our much-loved brands.

After all, no festive feast would be complete without a generous glug of our delicious Bisto gravy, a helping of our tasty Paxo stuffing, a Mr Kipling mince pie smothered in Ambrosia custard, and a Cadbury Silent Bite treat!

To help ensure our UK consumers can get hold of their favourite Premier brands, to help the sales of our supermarket customers, and to help accelerate the growth of our business, colleagues across our business have once again transformed into ‘Premier Elves’.

They’ve sped around Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys and Morrisons supermarkets working with our in-store merchandising teams, to help get our products out of the warehouse and onto the shelves. It’s all to help consumers locate their Christmas favourites with ease and to introduce them to some of our exciting new ranges!

Our annual Premier Elves campaign is a great example of how our colleagues embrace our company value of ‘aiming high’. In the run up to Christmas this year, colleagues have visited over 350 stores nationwide, brought almost 80,000 cases of product from the warehouse onto the shelves for consumers, and built 8,000 eye-catching product displays. In fact, it’s our most successful Premier Elves campaign ever!

This year our Elves have also been supporting our in-store and online campaign to spread the word about Cancer Research UK’s life-saving work, resulting in us making an additional £50K to our charity partner. Read more about the campaign and how you can get involved here.

We wish everyone a great festive season and a very happy new year!
