This month our manufacturing site in Moreton, home of the Cadbury Mini Roll, hosted the visit of MP Angela Eagle. During her visit, the MP for Wallasey met three of the site’s latest recruits who have recently been employed as a result of the factory’s involvement in Feeding Britain’s Future, a nationwide campaign organised by the Institute of Grocery Distribution and aimed at giving young unemployed local people an opportunity to gain pre-employment skills needed to get into work.

The Shadow Leader of the House Commons, Angela Eagle said: “It’s great to see local businesses actively taking time and providing the resource to invest in young people in the area. The Feeding Britain’s Future campaign is an extremely worthwhile initiative which is clearly having real benefits for people in the local area.”
