Our 2012 Employee Recognition Awards process is our most successful yet!
To celebrate how proud we are of our people, processes, product and heritage, we decided to rename our Premier Foods employee recognition awards scheme the “Best in British Food Awards” this year. But this isn’t the only thing that we’ve improved. We have also refocused and realigned our recognition awards this year to reflect our company pillars of Brands, Partners, Focus and Sustainability to ensure that we are recognising our employees who have performed exceptionally well in our business focus areas. We have just finished our nominations process and totalled 267 nominations across all our five Awards categories, which is an absolutely fantastic result and a first at Premier Foods, with the last employee recognition awards scheme bringing in a total of 180 awards. It’s been really inspiring to see employees across all our sites and central functions take time to nominate their colleagues and team members for all the great things they do every day that help our company improve, particularly in the Collaborative Working category, which saw the highest number of nominations. Now it&##39;s onto the judging process, which involves our employee panel, and the results will be announced in November.
