Shares in Premier Foods plc can be bought and/or sold through most banks, building societies and stock brokers.

The Company’s registrar, Equiniti, also provide a share dealing service on the following terms:

Certificated Share Dealing

This can be done either by telephone or the internet.

 Internet Dealing

  • to deal you will have to log onto www.shareview.co.uk/dealing
  • if you are selling shares, you will need the shareholder reference number (as it appears on your share certificate)
  • if you are buying shares, you will need your debit card
  • the internet share dealing charge is 1.5% of the value of trade (minimum trade of £30)
  • this service is available only to shareholders having a registered address in UK and who are aged 18 years or over
  • any purchase is subject to Stamp Duty Reserve Tax at the prevailing rate

Telephone Dealing

  • to deal you need to telephone Equiniti on 0845 603 7037 between 8.30 hours and 16.30 hours, Monday to Friday, except bank holidays
  • if you are selling shares, you will need the shareholder reference number (as it appears on your share certificate)
  • if you are buying shares, you will need your debit card
  • the telephone share dealing charge is 1.5% of the value of trade up to £50,000 and 0.2% thereafter (minimum trade of £35)
  • this service is available only to shareholders having a registered address in UK and who are aged 18 years or over
  • any purchase is subject to Stamp Duty Reserve Tax at the prevailing rate
