Equiniti Registrars - Share Dealing Service

Premier Foods has arranged with its Registrars, Equiniti, for the following share dealing service to be provided to shareholders and employees of Premier Foods:

Internet share dealing

  • you can buy or sell shares in Premier Foods (or any other company quoted on the London Stock Exchange) within minutes;
  • to deal, you will need to log onto www.shareview.co.uk/dealing;
  • when you deal, if you are selling shares you will need your shareholder reference number (shown on your share certificate) and if you are buying shares you will need your debit card;
  • internet share dealing charges for certificated holders is 0.5% of the value of the trade (minimum £15);
  • any purchase of shares is subject to Stamp Duty Reserve Tax at the prevailing rate;
  • the service is only available to shareholders with a UK registered address who are aged 18 years and over.

Telephone share dealing

  • you can buy or sell shares in Premier Foods (or any other company quoted on the London Stock Exchange) within minutes;
  • to deal, you will need to telephone Equiniti on 0871 384 2020 between 8.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday;
  • when you deal, if you are selling shares you will need your shareholder reference number (shown on your share certificate) and if you are buying you will need your debit card;
  • telephone share dealing charges for certificated holders is 1% of the value of the trade (minimum £25)
  • any purchase of shares is subject to Stamp Duty Reserve Tax at the prevailing rate;
  • the service is only available to shareholders with a UK registered address who are aged 18 years and over.

Shareview dealing is provided by Equiniti. Equiniti is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and is a signatory to the Banking Codes
