​Driving awareness of our convenience range

Colleagues from our head office recently attended ‘Lunch!’ a trade show in London to showcase our Peckish and Cake on the Go brands. 

‘Lunch!’ is a niche trade show designed for the food and drink industry with more than 350 exhibitors showcasing food-to-go brands. The annual event included an array of delicious, innovative foods and drinks and leading keynotes speeches from industry experts, including Gregg’s Chief Executive Officer and Compass Group’s Marketing Director. 

Jag Bains, New Business Director, was delighted to have participated in the event, saying: “75% of visitors to the Lunch show were there to buy or plan to buy, so it was definitely the place to be for everything ‘food to go’. It was a great way to showcase our brands and generate leads for two of our convenience ranges.

“Attendees loved our samples of Mr Kipling and Cadbury Cake on the Go treats and for the majority, this was the first time they’d tried our tasty Peckish snacks and seen them in the smaller 25gram bags. It was a great event for driving consumer awareness.” 

Exhibiting at the Lunch! Show follows hot on the heels of securing listings for Pekish in more than 400  Morrisons stores.
