Job description

  • Own the creation and implementation of innovative product plans for the Bachelors business area
  • Manage the complete product portfolio, ensuring that all ranges remain competitive on cost
  • Create brand plans and drive appropriate product/packaging development projects, whilst identifying cost reduction opportunities
  • Be the key contact for day to day retailer and business communications, across the category.
  • Receive development and 1:1 training from top industry leaders
You'll be.....

Working across all sub-brands under the Batchelors portfolio such as Super Noodles, Pasta N Sauce, Savoury Rice, Cup a Soup & Deli Box
  • Implementing the in year marketing plan via development and execution of innovation plans and product / packaging improvements. 
  • Managing & tracking consumer marketing spend & related activity
  • Managing monthly performance reporting, (P&L), identifying key drivers, and making pricing & promotion recommendations.
  • Extracting data from various sources such as IRI & Kantar to evaluate external market performance and competitor activity identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Developing BTL activity across the sub brands and support development of ATL
  • Co-ordinating brand communication materials such as in-store POS, website and images for external customers
  • The key contact for the brand across our factories
  • Managing our related PR and digital agencies
So, you’ll need to show us that you are...
  • Commercially astute and robustly trained
  • An experienced FMCG Brand / Senior Brand Manager
  • A strong project manager with proven cross functional working skills
  • Fully competent at extracting data from external sources
  • Able to demonstrate strategic thinking
  • A strong and confident communicator
