Job description

We’re looking for a self motivated and organised front of house Receptionist to help raise the profile of our head office site by delivering a professional, slick and welcoming service.

The role works alongside the wider facilities team in a challenging environment of constant change so will suit only an experienced candidate with a proven track record of taking full ownership of regular duties whilst also embracing the adhoc tasks and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Managing incoming calls and transfers
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors, ensuring a high quality introductions to our business
  • Maintaining a well organised and clean environment, ensuring victors’ first impressions are always positive
  • Issuing and monitoring building passes
  • Co-ordinating all incoming and outgoing post as necessary
  • Managing the business Taxi/courier accounts, (preferred suppliers), and usage logs, ensuring invoices are reconciled at the end of each month
  • Acting as Health & Safety ‘champion’ for both internal and external customers, and contractors
  • Generating stationery orders as and when required
  • Supporting Facilities management as required
Minimum Requirements:
  • 2-3 years experience working within a busy reception / switchboard environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt priorities
  • Demonstrable user experience of computer/financial software preferred
