Job description

Premier Foods is making great progress.  We’re introducing innovative new products and changing how people cook and consume food.  Almost 95% of UK households have our products in their cupboards, and we have a burgeoning International business.  We’re going places and it’s a great time to join us.
 
We’re looking for an experienced HR Systems Administrator to take responsibility for supporting the configuration, maintenance, provisioning, operation, and ongoing administration of our HR system (SAP HCM and SuccessFactors).
 
This role participates in research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure, and ensures that HR systems and related procedures adhere to organizational processes, policies and guidelines.
 
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations, annual talent cycles, and special projects
  • Interaction with the end user to gather change requirements and recommend feasible and effective solutions
  • Development of Technical and Functional Specifications for any Business Change which impacts SAP HCM or SuccessFactors
  • Deep system knowledge to make process and system changes, including configuration, permissions, etc.
  • Ensure consistent processes across solutions
  • Manage thorough testing of system changes in Test and Production environments
  • Coordinate creation and delivery of training for end users (Documentation/Training materials)
  • Ongoing support of end users coordinating and giving guidance in problem resolution
  • Interaction with SuccessFactors Support and SAP Support to manage tickets/resolution
Minimum Requirements
  • SuccessFactors or SAP HCM system administration experience including experience of basic configuration in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors
  • Understanding of Org structure setup
  • HR / Payroll qualifications (Desirable)
  • SuccessFactors Expert (SFx) Accreditation (Desirable)
