Job description

You’ll be….
  • Providing accurate and timely management information and analysis in order to aid decision making
  • Developing meaningful reports to assist the HRD / Senior HR team with the management of human resources (eg: headcount / payroll / talent processes / PDR calibration / exit and on-boarding surveys)
  • Carrying out salary modelling and benchmarking to ensure that the organisation’s Total Reward package is market competitive and reflects current Reward trends
  • Providing data for insurer for risk benefits (Group Life Insurance, Private Medical Insurance and PHI)
  • Coaching HR colleagues and share knowledge to enhance understanding of the HR systems and reports
  • Producing standardised HR KPIs on a regular basis
  • Raising the profile of equality and diversity by producing relevant data, ensuring compliance, monitoring progress and therefore supporting Premier’s vision to become a best practice employer.
  • Carrying out relevant pension and benefits administration
  • Supporting the Heads of HR in evaluating new and existing roles for pay and grading
  • Preparing data, scenario calculations, communication production relevant to annual review
  • Supporting the review and design of variable pay mechanisms such as bonus and other incentive / rewards schemes
  • Completing the returns for the Office of National Statistics
  • Supporting the validity and integrity of the SAP and Success Factors Systems by carrying out key user acceptance testing on enhancements
  • Carrying out system upgrade testing, identifying, reporting and where necessary escalating faults to Business Support Team Manager
  • Attending meetings on an ad-hoc basis on behalf of HR to help the continuous improvement of systems
  • Owning elements of HR project work that support personal development as well as help the function achieve overall objectives
  • Supporting the resourcing team with analysis and reporting of monthly permanent and interim statistics
  • Reconciling data between the Company and insurer’s to enable accurate premium calculations
So you’ll need to show us you are….
  • Of graduate Calibre
  • Proficient in advanced MS Office skills in particular well developed Excel skills
  • Experienced at working in a similar role
  • A strong communicator - both written and verbal
  • Analytical with a high attention to detail
  • A team player with a flexible attitude
  • Full of intiative
  • Keen to work in a busy HR team
Desirable skills are….
  • Knowledge/experience of SAP or other HR systems
  • Knowledge / experience of Success Factors
  • Previous experience within an HR function
  • Pensions administrative experience
