Jess Kelly, Commercial Graduate, Grocery:
“From the offset, there has been a great effort to integrate us into the company. There is a very open and welcoming culture here at Premier Foods and it feels a great time to be joining the organisation with its dynamic brands and exciting plans for the future.
The induction at the Worksop manufacturing site was a highlight for me in my first few weeks. It was a fantastic opportunity to see how products like Bisto and Sharwoods are made, and to appreciate the scale of the manufacturing process; I am already starting to look at my role and responsibilities with a greater awareness for the implications on other functions. Spending the first month with the other graduates also allowed us to really get to know each other and I think we would all say we are close friends now, not just colleagues!”
