Job description

  • Manage the relationship with Morrisons - full P&L responsibility for AYR, OL, Seasonal Cake (Cadbury and Kipling).
  • Set a strategy, plan & budget to deliver Premier’s commercial objectives.
  • Deliver against budgeted sales, spend and profit measures and ensure forecast achieves agreed targets.
  • Support the development of the NAM and ensure workload across the account is split to ensure efficient delivery of goals.

  • Building excellent customer relationships
  • Deliver compelling category plans
  • Working with Premier customer marketing on customer category management projects
  • Forecasting sales and controlling spend internally
  • Implementing and delivering national promotions
  • Execute price increases in line with business requirements
  • Management, retention, margin improvement and tendering for existing and new Own Label business
  • Act as the “customers champion” within Premier
  • Work in conjunction with Reach sales team to deliver the planned in-store activity
  • Deliver ‘Cost  to Serve’ business objectives
  • Operate in line with and focuse on the sales strategy
  • Leading own Label tenders & negotiations
So you’ll need to show us you are….
  • Commercially rounded, with account management and category management experience at a minimum of executive level
  • Results driven with proven successes working with large UK retailers
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills who is comfortable working cross functionally at all levels
  • A strong leader who likes to collaborate and has experience developing a team
  • Highly organised with excellent planning & time management skills
  • Confident leading negotiations and presenting to external and internal stakeholders
  • Numerate and analytical
  • In possession of a drivers license (with no more than 6 points)
